The Township of Stirling-Rawdon is a municipality of 5,015 is located northeast of Quinte West and north of Belleville and is a lower-tier municipality in Hastings County. It was formed on January 1, 1998, through the amalgamation of Rawdon Township with the Village of Stirling. The area around Stirling-Rawdon is made up of farmlands with some forests heavily in sporadic areas with some hills. Besides the village proper of Stirling, the township of Stirling-Rawdon comprises a number of villages and hamlets, and smaller communities. All Proponents shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Proponent to download the Bid Document, to receive Addenda email notifications and download all documents without the watermark “preview” on them.
